Working procedures

The procedure for authors is

Suggest a topic you would like to work on, and agree this with the advisory group chairman.

Enter any request for information you want to on the advisory boards message board.

Research and write the article

Submit the draft article for publication on this site, so the advisory board members can see it and suggest improvements or additional material that can be covered.

Agree with the advisory board chairman what changes are needed and make them.

Submit final draft for display on this site. Repeating above process if necessary.

Segment authors

Content agreed with the chairman of the advisory group.

Recap on ground covered on similar topics, and expand the circle of knowledge. This is done by adding within the segment a very brief overview of an article and is then a link to the full supporting article produced by authors.

Approval and editing jointly with the chairman of the advisory group and then posted to school site, but advisory group can suggest changes to factual errors.

Indexing

Both segment entries and articles are added to an overall index. Authors can suggest index entries if they wish.

Other Projects that my be relevant

You may be able to use the same research to produce material for this Academy, the School of Witchcraft and a free online magazine Witchesmail.
